Section 1 – How We Process your Information

The customers after buying products from our shop or outlet, our customer service representatives collect personal information from you which included your name, address mobile number email address your birthday and anniversary dates to get in touch with you on your special days or give you information regarding any special sale organized by the shop.

During an online purchase, our shop and outlet receive the IP address of the computer being used and regarding the browser which is used for the transaction and the operating system which has been used.

With the due permission of our customers, we send emails, information regarding commercial transactions, promotional material and communicate with our esteemed customers through WhatsApp messages and SMS regarding the launch of new products and any new schemes that we launch for our customer base.

SECTION 2 – Customer Approval

How do we get customer approval?

While transacting with our outlet we collect personal information about our customers. As per the transaction made by the customer, we verify the debit card or the credit card details of the buyer for any purchase. We also get the assent of the buyer on the product bought, return policy of the purchased item. The customer basically agrees on the purchase of a certain product and collecting it for their use.

While we take the personal information of the customer, we also take the approval of the customer to use the information for marketing purposes in an expressed manner. The customer has the privilege to say no just in case if they do not agree.

How do I retract my approval?

Many times, customers change their mind after giving the approval and they decide to contact us for non-usage of disclosed information for any future purposes. The process for this is also extremely simple by contacting us at [email protected]

SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE

Just in case if our Terms of Service are breached, we will need to provide your personal information if required by law.

SECTION 4 – PAYMENTs

Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

In case of an online payment, it is the responsibility of the customer to make a payment across a secured mode of payment. The customer would need to share his debit or credit card details or any other mode which would get encrypted to protect the details of the customer while making a payment through the internet. In case of a credit card payment the credit card company would also make necessary checks about the identification of the customer before making any payment.
The Customer can also transact with the help of Paytm
It will enable the Customer to make online payment of the Transaction Amount to Kalyana Virundhu Biryani.
It will help in Integrating Kalyana Virundhu Biryani Website/Mobile Application/Billing System with the payment systems of various Facility Providers for enabling the Customer of the Kalyana Virundhu Biryani to make the payment of the Transaction Amount using Internet Payment Aggregation facility.
It is hereby clarified that the Paytm Services hereunder is provided to Kalyana Virundhu Biryani only and that all rights/obligations hereunder with regard to the Sub-Merchants shall be fulfilled by Kalyana Virundhu Biryani only and Paytm shall have no direct and/or indirect obligations vis a vis such Sub-Merchants of the Entity whether specified in applicable law or not.
Paytm and Kalyana Virundhu Biryani agree that during the term of the Agreement additional services/features/payment modes shall be developed or added or deployed by Paytm, Participating Banks, Facility Providers, financial institutions in pursuance of sector advancement or any other development/requirement by a governmental authority to facilitate the online collection of the payments from the Customers through Paytm Checkout. For Kalyana Virundhu Biryani to use any additional features/payment modes not provided herein, Kalyana Virundhu Biryani shall comply with the terms and conditions applicable for such features/payment modes.
Kalyana Virundhu Biryan shall be solely responsible to provide/renew/activate/subscribe the respective Services to the Customer in respect of which the payment of Transaction Amount has been made by the Customer through the Paytm Platform.
If Paytm has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Transaction conducted has been conducted in breach of Agreement or as a fraudulent transaction, against the Participating Banks or any Customer, or Paytm, Paytm shall be entitled to suspend /withhold the payments of such Transaction(s), pending enquiries by the Participating Bank and resolution of such issues.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICE

Our third-party service providers do not use the information collected by us. We do not disclose your information to them as far as possible we just allow the providers to provide us the services.

Payment gateways and companies processing your payment have their own privacy policies in which we need to provide your information to them to service you and process your purchase-related transaction.

To get a better understanding of how your personal information will be stored and used in the future it is always advisable to read their privacy policy and understand the way they process and store the personal information of the customers.

Many third parties are in different locations due to which they are part of a different jurisdiction in which they are located. Just in case if you decide to go ahead with a third-party transaction the personal information gets subjected to the laws of the location in which the third party is located.

As a customer goes to the website of the third party to make payment the customer is not controlled by the Privacy Policy of our company or our Terms of Service.
